Basic in-home call
- $75 for the first hour
- $50 per hour after

- Diagnose, fix, and give any recommendations.
* Average job time is 1 to 2 hours.

Operating System Re-build
- $150 for OS rebuild, no data backup/recovery
- $200 for OS rebuild with data backup/recovery
Service Provided:
- Re-install operating system, back up data and place back on to system
* The rates above are considered a flat fee, no additional hourly rates apply.

Hardware replacement/upgrades
- $75 for one component installation
- $25 per component installation after
Service Provided:
- We will pick up component(s) and install them
* The rate above does not include the cost of the component.

Wireless Setup
- $175 for setup (new router, set up all systems)
Service Provided:
- New wireless network setup, securing the wirless network.
* The rate above does not include the cost of any component(s)
